The restaurant was visited on Saturday, 12th May 2007 in the evening.

The food ordered was: Thai Fishcakes and Chicken Satay followed by Green Thai Curry and White Fish with Coriander & Lime.

Quality of food

Great starters and main courses, taste was spot on !! Thai curry is served in a terracotta dish with rice served seperately. Chop sticks provided too! I could taste the lemon grass and coriander and fresh ginger in the curry. Fish was light and full of flavour.

Menu ranges from Thai and Asian to Turkish giving great choice.

Decor & ambience

Wooden decking, pebbles and drift wood art give it a beachy but sophisticated look and feel. Water features to add to the ambience.

situated in the heart of Kalkan in the old town opposite Billabong.

Cheaper then the UK and average for Kalkan.

In summary

We stumbled on Coast quite by chance and were so glad that we did. WE love Turkish food but having a chance to have Thai food was a real bonus for us. We had a lovely meal with great service and fantastic views of the bay from the roof terrace. Modern and trendy with a great play list of music. This restaurant really stands out from the crowd!
