The food ordered was: ONION BHAJI, POPMADUMS, CHICKEN TIKKA,
CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA CHICKEN MADRAS, VINDALOO,MUSHROOM PILAU RICE CHIPS.
Quality of food 
WE HAVE VISITED THIS RESTAURANT OVER THE LAST SIX YEARS AND HAVE WATCHED IT PROGRESS, ITS NOW BECOMING A VERY CLASSY ESTABLISHMENT.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, TEO ONE OF THE HEAD WAITERS CAN NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU.

ANYTHING YOU WANT JUST ASK, IF ITS NOT ON THE MENU THEN ITS NOT TOO MUCH TROUBLE, MY HUSBAND WANTED A V.HOT N SPICY CURRY, THE WAITER MADE TO ORDER, SUPERB.

ONCE AGAIN WE HAVE WATCHED THIS RESTAURANT PROGRESS, IT STARTED IN A TINY BACK GARDEN AND NOW HAS PRIDE OF PLACE AT THE TOP OF THE MAIN STRIP.

EXCELLENT VIEWS, AND LOTS GOING ON.
Cost 
A LITLE BIT CHEAPER THAN AT HOME, THE PORTIONS LOOK SMALL AT FIRST BUT WHEN YOU START EATING YOU CANT FINISH IT, ITS SO FILLING, YOU WILL FEEL STUFFED !!!!!

CANT WAIT TO GO BACK TO HISARONU, THIS WIL BE OUR SEVENTH TIME. THE SHINE IS OUR FAVORITE AND WE SAVE IT FOR SPECIAL, WHEN WE KNOW WE WANT A GOOD MEAL,GOING TO BE FILLING AND EXCELLENT QUALITY AND VALUE FOR MONEY.
THE STAFF ARE REALLY NICE AND ALWAY VERY SMART.

Hassan, great guy. Would put some of the restaurants in Glasgow to shame. Probably the best curry outside Glasgow, the Uk.

In summary
This curry house is a classic! I live in Manchester. I have been eating curries for 20 years, along the curry mile in Rusholme. Imagine my delight in discovering simply the best curry experience in my opinion, on holiday in Turkey. Our four meals in one week, were cooked by a Turk who took the trouble to train in Bradford, Rusholme, and London over a 13 year period.
No pastes, onions cooked to perfection, fresh ingredients, true marinaded meats, perfectly cooked vegetables, mouthwatering on-the-bone recipes. No short-cuts here. Other diners were so delighted I watched them waiting patiently just to shake the chef's hand!
I wanted to repay Shine, Hisaronu (near OluDeniz), by taking the trouble to write this review...
